Come join us for our annual and much anticipated Thanksgiving feast featuring the traditional Trash Can Turkey and Dutch oven desserts! A Troop 6 Tradition!! Join us on Saturday afternoon for the banquet followed by a campfire with skits, songs and a flag retirement ceremony. Please arrive around 2PM.
Monday, November 7th
Check In begins 6:00pm; Events begin sharply at 6:30
A troop can have more than one 8-scout team. However there is no mixing of teams once the rally starts. Knot relays, first aid scenarios, and Scout knowledge draw on Tenderfoot to First Class Requirements. All first aid materials will be provided. For flint and steel, each team should bring safety glasses. The flint and steel will be provided. The only piece of extra equipment allowed for the wall is a scout stave. Each troop attending must provide at least 1 adult to help ‘spot’ the wall.
Friday, November 11th to Sunday, November 13th
$12 per scout
We are camping at the Tinicum County park. Arrival is on Friday at 6 pm and pick up is on Sunday at 10 am.
Please print the Permission Slip and bring it signed with cash or check $12 camping fee to the next Troop Meeting.
